Sending in your Candidate Application

NCEA and/or an NCEA agent will review your NCEA Candidate Application package.  Be sure the required notarized Candidate Application and the supporting, notarized documents and affidavits are included.  Your package will be reviewed to be certain it meets the NCEA Candidate Requirements.  Upon approval of your Candidate Application, you will be issued an Authorization to Test (ATT) Letter. The ATT will be emailed to the email address provided on your Candidate Application.

BE ACCURATE, BE NEAT, we cannot be responsible for errors due to illegible handwriting.

DO NOT SEND ORIGINALS. NCEA or its agents will not be responsible for returning any documentation required for Records Verification.

Please take a moment to double check your application:
    Have you met all of the Candidate Application requirements?
    Are all Affidavits properly completed and notarized?
    Have you attached notarized copies of all required documents?

NCEA Certified Candidate Records Verification fee is $175.00.
Enclose a check payable to NCEA Certified in the amount of $175.00 (US Funds)

It is recommended that you mail your Candidate Application package using a delivery confirmation. Consider options such as the US Postal Service with US Postal Service Delivery Confirmation Receipt. Other carriers to consider are Federal Express, UPS, DHL, and others.

A delivery confirmation tracks the delivery of your records to NCEA Certified. This assures you of your package delivery and you are able to ascertain the time between NCEA Certified receipt and your receipt of your ATT letter.
