Schwenker & Associates is an independent management consulting practice based in Halifax, Nova Scotia with specializations in Human Resources management and development (incl. e-training, coaching and leadership development), project management & evaluation, strategic planning, and facilitation services. The practice is well recognized for coaching and training management consultants across Canada and for providing services to develop consultants and consulting organizations internationally.
Kevin Schwenker, FCMC, specializes in Management education, serving as a National Trainer for CMC-Canada (the professional organization of Certified Management Consultants in Canada) and also delivers a number of management courses in the Sobey School of Business MBA program at Saint Mary’s University in Halifax, Canada, and as an adjunct professor at SMOT, a private graduate management school in Chennai, India. He has led a wide range of multi-faceted consulting projects locally, nationally and internationally, for private, public and not-for-profit sector clients.
Kevin’s links with the NCEA date back to the founding of the organization. In June 2000, he was brought to New York to facilitate the development of the first governance model, bylaws, and strategic direction of the NCEA. Kevin continued to work with the organization facilitating its Annual General Meetings and Board of Directors meetings for the next two years. He performed similar duties in assisting with the founding of the Society of Dermatology SkinCare Specialists in San Francisco in February 2002. Kevin also contributed editorial assistance to the PCI Journal from time to time, including abstracting medical journal articles for issues published in 2004-2005.
